Personality: Devin, despite her appearance is actually very chill. She loves meeting new people,
but can be a little too trusting when it comes to strangers. She's very passive and can almost 
never be caught without a smile. Devin loves to express herself, with her words and actions.
Sometimes she insults people by accident, and then beats herself up about it out of guilt. She's an 
extreme tomboy, but sometimes you might be able to catch her in a dress. She's all about style.
Overall though, Devin's just a spunky teenager who loves to do crazy, stupid, dangerous things, 
and never wants to grow up.
